Which payment methods do you accept?

In store we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Cash. Our online store accepts payments via Paypal or Mastercard/Visa when ordering via telephone. We do not accept cheques or cash on delivery.

What is your online sales return policy?

If you have received the wrong product or the product is defective then you may return it within 14 days of delivery. All products must be returned, undamaged, in their original packaging along with all original contents including drivers, cables etc.

What is your in-store sales return policy?

All returned products will be tested in our workshop before a refund or exchange can be given. If no fault is found with the product, then no refund or exchange can be given. All products must be returned, undamaged, in their original packaging along with all original contents including drivers, cables etc.

How much is Delivery?

Delivery costs from as little as £2.50 for orders placed on the Maxwell Computers Online Store. Delivery for residents in Scunthorpe town centre is £2.50 (with a 2km radius of our store). For residents within a 16km radius delivery is £3.99 and delivery to anybody beyond this point is £7.99 for the 24hour Fedex service.

What delivery method does Maxwell Computers.Com use?

All purchases are delivered by courier. The main courier we use for nationwide delivery is Fedex.

Do I have to sign for my package?

Yes you will have to sign for your package, as we need to know that your product has been delivered safely.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are generally delivered next day. Occasionally an item may be out of stock are will take an additional few days to arrive in our store. You will be notified of this and offered a suitable alternative if needed.
